Terms of stay in apartment, Copernicus "

1. Apartment is rented for the day, the apartment is from 14. 00 on the day of hire until 11 am the next day.

2. Payment unless it was previously governed by the following on the day of arrival after completing the residence card and transfer keys.

3. Guest during your stay may not transfer the apartment to a third party.

4.Persons not declared in the Charter can stay in the apartment between 7:00-22:00.

5. In the apartment is quiet in the hours; 22. 00-7. 00.

6. From the silence of the night people staying in the apartment are obliged to behave so as not to disturb other tenants. Landlord Apartment reserves the right to terminate all Guests staying in the apartment if they are not respected by the commonly used standards of coexistence between people. The lessor is not obliged to refund for the unused period of stay.

7. In the apartment it is forbidden to organize events under penalty of money in the amount of 500 EUR.

8. You may not use the apartment electrical devices not forming equipment, which can result in a risk of fire.

9. Pets are not allowed.

10. For the destruction of or damage to the walls or equipment resulting from the fault of the guest or staying in it people, the guest shall bear total responsibility and will be charged for repair.

11. Smoking in the apartment, did not comply with the ban on the Guest shall bear the fee 300 EUR..

12. For losing the keys to the apartment, the guest pays a fee of 100 EUR.

13. The landlord is not responsible for personal belongings of the guest destroyed or stolen from the apartment.

14. If you leave after the departure of Guy things belonging to it, they will be returned to you in the registration tab, the address, at the expense of the customer.

15.Final cleaning is included in the price. However, the Guest is obliged to leave a fine IE. washed and used equipment.

16.Cleaning at the special request of the guest, cost 40 EUR, however, such request must be reported to the administrator.

17.For stays longer than 7 days, on request can be made change of bed linen and towels.

18.Insert the travel cot, along with IE. mattress, bed linen, a bottle warmer is free of charge.

19. Making carriages. umbrella for the duration of your stay, it cost 30 EUR.

20. Children up to 3 years old is free of charge.

21.Check-out after the sentence keys and personal delivery of the apartment by the administrator. Time to leave the apartment should be previously agreed upon by the administrator.

22.Any technical issues arising during your stay should be reported as soon as possible to the administrator.
